Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement

These terms cover the Beyond Meals website and the Beyond Meals System (together, "the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. Only people we give an account may use the System, and you are responsible for keeping your account secure.

We give you a limited, non-transferable license to use the System for your part in the Beyond Meals program. You may not copy or resell it, misuse it, or try to reach information you aren't authorized to see.

Please give us accurate information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

The System can connect to services such as QuickBooks Online. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

We may update these terms or end access to the Service at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
