We collect what households give us when they apply, and what partner organizations send us about the households they refer. This includes contact details, household information and eligibility details. For people who sign in, we also keep their account details.

We use it only to run the meal program: to check eligibility, deliver meals, work with partner organizations, keep our records and contact you about the program.

We never sell personal information. We share it only with the partner organization involved with a household, with service providers that help us run the program, and when the law requires it.

If our staff connect QuickBooks Online, we use that connection only to keep our purchasing records in our own books. We don't share QuickBooks data with anyone. The connection can be disconnected at any time.

We protect information with encryption and access controls. We keep it only as long as the program or the law requires.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information. If we change this policy, we will post the new version here.
